Week 11 NFL Picks

Week 11 NFL Picks

What games should you watch on Sunday? We rank them and pick each one against the spread.

1. Bengals +7 @ Ravens

The Bengals don't have the talent that Baltimore does on either side of the ball, especially with Leon Hall out for the season and A.J. Green questionable. Still, Baltimore tends to play up or down to their competition and Cincy will keep it close. Ravens 23, Bengals 20.

2. Eagles +5.5 @ Giants

With Eagles QB Michael Vick taking no snaps at practice this week, it is likely that Philly will roll with Vince Young behind center. Good luck with that. Giants 35, Eagles 17.

3.
Chargers +3.5 @ Bears

Chicago has the advantage at head coach, quarterback, running back, overall defense and special teams. They've won three in a row and they're playing at home. Bears 27, Chargers 17.

4. Panthers +7
@ Lions

A nice QB matchup in this game with two former first-overall picks, Cam Newton against Matt Stafford. The threat of Newton running will slow down the Detroit pass rush enough to keep this one close. Lions 27, Panthers 24.

5. Buccaneers +14.5
@ Packers

Aaron Rodgers playing against anyone is worth tuning in. The Bucs have been terrible the last three weeks and they're a slightly better team than what they've shown. Packers 38, Bucs 28.

6. Titans +7
@ Falcons

The Falcons play a style of football in which they seldom blow teams out (teams that aren't the Colts). The Titans are a well-coached, veteran team and they will give Atlanta all they can handle. Falcons 24, Titans 23.

7. Raiders
@ Vikings

Carson Palmer has improved each week since being traded to Oakland. The Vikings are coming off a bad blowout and this should be a high-scoring affair. Raiders 38, Vikings 35.

8.
Cowboys -8 @ Redskins

There's nothing better than a home dog in a rivalry game. Rex Grossman won't play well enough to win, but he could have one of those signature, pretty good Grossman games that occur once or twice a year. Cowboys 27, Redskins 21.

9. Bills +2
@ Dolphins

Even with the injuries to Eric Wood and Kyle Williams Buffalo is still a better team than Miami. They have a better coach, a much better quarterback, and similar weapons. No homefield advantage for Miami because of their fanbase. Bills 17, Dolphins 14.

10.
Jaguars +1 @ Browns

If you like offense, you're not going to be very interested in this game. Jacksonville is probably the better team, but I can't see them winning two straight on the road. Browns 10, Jaguars 6.

11.
Cardinals +10 @ 49ers

This shouldn't be a very close game as San Francisco is better than Arizona at nearly every position. The Cards have been playing better lately, but the 49ers defense will prove to be too much. 49ers 27, Cardinals 13.

12. Seahawks +3
@ Rams

Seattle probably isn't as bad as their 3-6 record and Steven Jackson is banged up for the Rams. Two bad teams, give me the points. Rams 14, Seahawks 13.

13.
Chiefs +15 @ Patriots

Tyler Palko versus Tom Brady. Hopefully there's some decent college basketball on TV Monday night. Patriots 35, Chiefs 13.

Last week: 8-8

Season: 70-69-7
