Week 14 NFL Picks

Week 14 NFL Picks

We kept our heads above water last week with a 9-7 record and we are hopeful for an improvement in Week 14.

Colts +17 @ Ravens

The Colts proved last week that they're still fighting and 17 points is simply too many in this matchup. Ravens 24, Colts 10.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Texans +3 @ Bengals

Although T.J. Yates is somewhat of an enigma the Texans are a much better team that the Bengals. Texans 20, Bengals 19.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chiefs +10.5 @ Jets

I can't see Tyler Palkobeing very effective against a more than solid Jets defense. Jets 27, Chiefs 10.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vikings +10 @ Lions

Christian Ponder is improving and Adrian Peterson is back for the Vikes. They should keep this one close. Lions 24, VIkings 21.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saints -4 @ Titans

This seems like a trap game as the Saints are playing great football and seem like they should be more than a four-point favorite against the Titans, even if it is on the road. I'll bite. Saints 31, Titans 21.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Eagles +3 @ Dolphins

This game will be a pretty good measure of just how much the Eagles have quit on this season. Michael Vick is back, Eagles should roll. Eagles 24, Dolphins 20.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Patriots -9 @ Redskins

Do you like Tom Brady or do you like Rex Grossman? Patriots 35, Redskins 17.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Falcons -3 @ Panthers

Atlanta just lost a game to T.J. Yates and the Texans. Cam Newton will cause they plenty of issues. Falcons 24, Panthers 23.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bucs -3 @ Jaguars

The days of the dominant Jaguars defense are over, as they've simply sustained too many injuries. The Bucs will get right in this one. Bucs 23, Jaguars 13.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

49ers -4 @ Cardinals

Home field advantage isn't going to mean that much for the Cards as they will have big trouble scoring against the Niners. 49ers 20, Cardinals 12.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bears +3.5 @ Broncos

Tim Tebow will have a tough time against the Bears defense, but as always he will eventually win. Broncos 16, Bears 13.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Raiders +12 @ Packers

This is an up and down league and the Raiders looked atrocious last week. Packers 35, Raiders 24.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bills +7 @ Chargers

The Chargers are the best December team in football over the past five years and they will continue their surge. Chargers 31, Bills 17.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Giants +3 @ Cowboys

This is a playoff game for New York, as a loss all but eliminates them from division title and playoff contention. I'll take the more desperate team. Giants 31, Cowboys 30.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rams +10 @ Seahawks

I know the Rams are awful, but Seattle shouldn't be favored by 10 against anyone. Seahawks 17, Rams 10.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Last week: 9-7

Season: 96-87-7
