Players Happy With Upgraded Facilities
--The Jaguars remodeled locker room drew rave reviews from players and coaches when the $3 million renovation was unveiled last week. "It is unbelievable," said linebacker Paul Posluszny. "It is the best I have been around for sure and it has to be tops in the NFL. It is a statement from the organization and (team owner) Mr. (Shad) Khan saying we will do things here the right way or the elite way." Added quarterback Blaine Gabbert, "It's awesome. The whole design, the makeup of it, it's top of the line. It's styling."
The renovated room now has 90 permanent lockers in place. The lockers have ventilation systems in place to dry player's clothes and pads, and have custom chairs and LED hang rods that can change colors for special events. There are 20 HD LED display screens ranging up to 80 inches that are hung throughout the locker room area, some of which display instructions and messages for players.
