Nebraska safety Daimion Stafford has been selected by the Tennessee Titans in the 7th round of the NFL Draft.
Stafford, a junior college transfer to Nebraska, was rated as the No. 18 safety in the draft by FOX Sports NEXT.
During his two-years with Nebraska, Stafford collected 176 tackles, registering four interceptions. In 2012, he was named first-team All-Big Ten by the conference's media.
Stafford was the Titans only safety pick in the draft, meaning there is a better possibility for him to stick in Tennessee.
Stafford came to Nebraska after being one of the most highly sought-after prospects in the junior-college ranks. Stafford starred at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
