Jaguars Injury Report

The Jaguars injury report is in, and it looks llike they will be without four players, including two starters on Sunday afternoon. Brad Meester, who injured his ankle in training camp will be out for the game, as well as starting linebacker Clint Ingram, who injured his ankle in the Jaguars first preseason game at Miami.

Ingram missed the entire week of practice. Other players who have been ruled as out for the Jaguars are defensive end Kenny Pettway and defensive tackle Tony McDaniel.

Those players ruled as probable are defensive end Reggie Hayward, who didn't participate in full reps during practice this week, as well as defensive tackle John Henderson who also missed practice time. Guard Chris Naeole and defensive end Brent Hawkins are both also listed as probable, as Naeole is nursing a sprained knee, which he injured in the Jaguars second preseason game against Tampa Bay, and Hawkins has come down with some sort of illness.

Although rookie free safety Reggie Nelson has practiced all week, he will not start the game. Expected starters at safety will be veteran Sammy Knight and Gerald Sensabaugh. Pat Thomas will likely replace Clint Ingram in the starting lineup.
