Jaguars defensive end Paul Spicer attended the voluntary OTA practice this week despite his unhappiness with his current deal. Spicer, through his agent Drew Rosenhaus, has also vowed not to miss any of the mandatory practices. JagNation counts down the reasons why Spicer should receive a new deal from the Jaguars.
