Tough Start for Lemon

At the beginning of free agency, the Jacksonville Jaguars saw a need to upgrade their backup quarterback position, as their 2007 backup, Quinn Gray, was a free agent and looking for a starting opportunity elsewhere. In signing Lemon, have the Jaguars received just that?
