In their final opportunity to impress the coaching staff, the Jaguars put their collective best feet forward in the D.C. area as they dominated the Redskins 24-3. There were plenty of players who had solid performances for Jacksonville, and few that had regrettable ones.

Winners

1. Cleo Lemon-Lemon quieted quite a few doubters as he played awfully well, hitting on 10 of 13 passes for 97 yards and a touchdown. His passer rating was over 122.

2. Troy Williamson- Williamson did what he needed to do tonight, which was catch every pass thrown his way including a 51-yard touchdown pass. Williamson finished with four catches for 84 yards.

3. Jimmy Kennedy- The Jaguars defensive tackle may have clinched a spot as he was a fixture in the Redskins backfield. Kennedy finished with four tackles and a sack.

4. Chauncey Washington- Washington put on quite a show as he ran tough inside, and showed nice burst on a few plays. Washington ran 11 times for 68 yards, not including a long run down the sideline that was nullified by a questionable holding penalty. He also showed good hands by catching four passes for 40 yards.

5. Kenny Pettway- The Jaguars have a major need at defensive end, and Pettway may have secured a spot with his one tackle, one sack, and numerous pressures.

6. Pierson Prioleau- The veteran safety played well as he’s trying to win a roster spot. Prioleau finished with three tackles and a sack, and seemed to outplay Jamaal Fudge.

7. Clint Ingram- Ingram showed flashes of his rookie season as he was all over the field making plays. Ingram finished with three tackles.

8. Matt Jones- Not that his roster spot was in much doubt, but Jones did a good job by catching three passes for 38 yards.

9. Todd Bouman- Bouman may not find a spot on the Jaguars roster, but his performance may have been enough to earn him a spot on someone’s team.

10. Tony Gilbert- Gilbert won’t knock your socks off with athleticism, but he consistently makes plays and is the Jaguars best bet backing up at MLB.

11. Tutan Reyes- Reyes played well on the line and may have benefitted greatly from the injury to Maurice Williams. The Jaguars may be left very thin on the offensive line.

Losers

1. Richard Collier- Collier finished a terrible preseason by looking slow and inexperienced at left tackle. Not only is Collier nowhere near competing for the starting job at left tackle, but he may have played himself on the bubble for a roster spot.

2. Ryan Hoag and D’Juan Woods- Hoag and Woods didn’t play poorly, but they can’t compete with the potential of Troy Williamson at wide receiver. If the Jags keep six WR’s, Williamson’s the sixth guy.

3. Trae Williams- Williams may have been the biggest disappointment of camp as he looked average at best, and downright bad for much of the time he was on the field. Williams may not even earn a practice squad spot.

4. Thomas Williams- The Jaguars other fifth-round pick played poorly when he needed to play well to earn a roster spot.

5. Rashod Moulton- Although Moulton had a big 37-yard punt return, he was otherwise unspectacular and fumbled one punt return.

6. Lamar Myles- Myles was a player that needed to have a big game to get noticed and didn’t.
