Best Available Tackle for Jaguars

The Jaguars continued their new-found best available big guy strategy as they selected offensive tackle Eben Britton with the 39th pick in the second round. This is the first time in franchise history that the Jaguars took offensive tackles with their first two selections.

Eben Britton had a first-round grade and many thought he was going to be plucked early in the 20's.

Scout publisher Dave-Te Thomas had the following statistical analysis of the offensive tackles which displays quite a bit of value for the Jaguars second-round pick:

Most teams in the National Football League feel that there is solid quality at the offensive tackle position.
