PASSING OFFENSE: A -- David Garrard got good protection and picked apart the Titans' secondary, completing 27 of 37 passes for 323 yards and three touchdowns and a 126.3 quarterback rating. Mike Sims-Walker led the receivers by catching seven of the 11 passes thrown his way.
RUSHING OFFENSE: C -- The Jaguars only ran to let David Garrard rest his arm on occasion. They relied so much on the pass that Maurice Jones-Drew got just 14 yards in six carries. Garrard scrambled eight times for 38 yards and backup Rashad Jennings added 53 yards after the issue was decided.
PASS DEFENSE: A -- The Jaguars handcuffed Kerry Collins, who threw two interceptions and had a 66.7 quarterback rating. The Jaguars didn't get any sacks, but they got in Collins' face enough and covered well to stifle the Titans passing game.
RUSH DEFENSE: B -- Chris Johnson got 83 yards in 16 carries, but some of it was after the outcome was decided. On the first three Titans' series, they went three-and-out. And once they stopped the run, they forced the Titans to pass.
SPECIAL TEAMS: A --- Mike Thomas set up two touchdowns with a punt and kickoff returns and Josh Scobee had five touchbacks to keep the Titans in poor field position. Scobee also added three field goals.
COACHING: A -- The Jaguars attacked the weakness of the Titans' defense -- their pass defense -- with a nifty game plan that included end arounds by Mike Thomas and an inside handoffs to tight end Zach Miller. And the coaching staff is doing a good job of developing the young talent on the team.
