The first week of Jaguars training camp is complete, and we at Jagnation have seen a lot of good things, and also some not so good things from the team. Here is how the safety stock has been rated.
Gerald Sensabaugh - Stock is up
Sensabaugh has been playing well in camp, and the team's worries about starting a somewhat inexperienced guy at strong
safety have subsided.
Reggie Nelson - Stock is up
Nelson looks fast in camp, and the Jaguars may have a better pair of safeties in '07 than they did in '06.
Jamaal Fudge - Stock is up
Fudge has played well in camp, and he will likely find a roster spot.
Josh Gattis - Stock is even
Gattis is still adjusting to the pro game, and how he plays in preseason will determine if he finds a roster spot.
Nick Sorensen - Stock is even
Sorensen hasn't stood out at safety, and he must make some plays in special teams to make this squad.
Kevin McCadam - Stock is even
McCadam hasn't done anything extraordinary so far in camp, and he will need something good to happen for him to make this
team.
