| Biography: |
Khalif Barnes plays the most important position on the offensive line, left tackle. Barnes is entering his third season from the University of Washington, and he has been the starter ever since his rookie season.
Strengths:
Barnes moves his feet well, and has a nasty streak. The offensive line saw enormous improvement the moment Barnes was inserted in the lineup in his rookie season.
Weaknesses:
Barnes can occasionally be bull rushed by some of the league's larger defensive ends. Barnes had an off the field incident last season which resulted in an arrest and one-game suspension. There's no reason to believe that this incident is any kind of trend and should be chalked up to one night of poor decisions.
College:
Four year starter at both left and weakside
tackle. Previous All-Conference selection
who missed half the season last year with
a broken wrist. Considered the best player
on the Washington football team.
